Chris Ozmun serves as an Assistant Chief. He is a member of the Executive Council and is responsible for Fire Operations and serves as Quartermaster.

Chris joined the department in 1999 and has served as Assistant Chief, Captain and Lieutenant. He is a journeyman electrician and employed locally.

Chris was deployed twice with FEMA to help with the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. He is completing the requirements to obtain Basic Firefighter Certification with the State Fireman's and Fire Marshal's Association of Texas and recently completed an Emergency Care Attendant (ECA) course to further the department's First Responder Program.
